Joe's main activity is property management and renting residential property. This includes single family homes, duplexes, townhomes and mobile homes. He has earned the designation of, Professional Residential Manager from the Florida Association of Residential Property Managers. He is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Manager and serves at the Treasurer of the Tampa Bay Chapter.

Joe has been a resident of Zephyrhills for twenty two years and knows the area well. He is active in the community and a member of the Zephyrhills Daybreak Rotary serving as the Sergeant at Arms. He has a bachelors degree in business and is retired from the US Navy.
