Thank you for your interest in our rental properties. All applications are processed on a first-come, first served basis. If there is a property you would like to rent fill out the Rental Application and e-mail( joe.worrell@century21.com) or fax (813-783-2724) it. Please indicate the adress of the property in the upper right of the application. An application is required for each adult (over 18) that will be residing at any residence. An application fee of $35 per adult is required for each background and credit check. The application fee is payable to Century21 Bill Nye Realty, Inc. These payments can be made by cash or money order. This application fee is non-refundable so please read the rental criteria prior to submitting your application.
